“There is/are”の英語フレーズ

There is a book on the desk.

「～がある」という存在を表すことができます。
in,onなどの前置詞と組み合わせ、「・・・に～がある」という表現が作れます。

文の構造は”be動詞”と同じで、単数の場合は”is”、複数の場合は”are”を使います。
